We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of every WINGBO product. A three-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covers all of them.

This warranty applies to all components and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Repairs or replacements may incur charges depending on the nature of the issue, but rest assured—we’ll always work with you fairly and communicate transparently to find the best solution.

Our warranty does not cover:

      Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., storms, power surges)

     Unauthorized repair or modification

     Items bought from unauthorized sellers

     Use beyond normal household purposes

     Lost, stolen, or gifted items

     Issues due to heat, cold, or moisture exposure

     Items without valid proof of purchase

If your product is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund promptly.

✔ If You Just Changed Your Mind
Returns for reasons like size or style preferences are welcome, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee to cover handling and warehouse costs
