📄 Warranty Overview

This limited warranty is extended by Wingbo Lighting to the original purchaser of a Wingbo ceiling fan. It applies only to fans purchased directly from Wingbo or through an authorized retailer, and only within the continental United States.

To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, sales receipt, or invoice) and submit your request via email to support@wingbolighting.com.

Please do not return or ship the fan or any components without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 ✔️What Does This Warranty Cover?

     Motor – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Wingbo offers a limited lifetime warranty on the ceiling fan motor. If the motor fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship at any time during the original purchaser’s ownership, we will provide a replacement fan or motor unit at no cost.

This warranty applies solely to the motor itself and excludes any damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or neglect.

    Other Electrical Components – 1-Year Limited Warranty

All other electrical components (e.g., remote controls, receivers, capacitors, wall switches, etc.) are covered under a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. If any component is found to be defective during this period, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Light Kits (For Models With Lights)
  • Standard Light Kits: Covered under the one-year limited warranty.
  •  Integrated LED Modules: Covered under a three-year limited warranty from the date of purchase (excluding glass parts).

❌ What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

To ensure clarity, the following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Labor costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation (including electrician fees)
  • Light bulbs, batteries, or glass components (unless specifically covered above)
  • Fans installed outside the United States
  • Damage caused by:

                    Improper installation or handling

                     Misuse, neglect, or abuse

                    Accidents or unauthorized modifications

                    Failure to follow Wingbo’s installation or maintenance instructions

                    Power surges or incorrect electrical supply

                    Environmental exposure (for indoor-rated fans installed outdoors)

                    Natural disasters (e.g., floods, lightning)

  • Fans without valid proof of purchase or purchased from unauthorized dealers.
  • Cosmetic blemishes or ordinary wear and tear
  • Clearance, refurbished, or open-box products

⚠ Important Disclaimers

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Wingbo’s total liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part or product, as determined at our sole discretion. Under no circumstances shall Wingbo be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Prepare your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
  • Take clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • Email us at support@wingbolighting.com with the following:

                    Your full name

                    Order number

                    Product model

                    Description of the issue

                    Photos or videos of the defect

Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
